Yam & Lin Ko Fusion

Ahhh... Snack time. XD. Now some of you may ask. Just what is Lin Ko? Well, it's a chinese pudding that is made mainly for praying by the chinese. The term Lin Ko actually means auspicious-year sticky-cake in Cantonese (with the term Lin meaning year and the term Ko meaning cake respectively). However, it can be a good snack as well. Here, the Lin Ko is fried together with yam which are the long tiny pieces on the outside. The Lin Ko, on the other hand, is on the inside. LOL. Actually, the food looks very delicious and unique from the outside, which kind of makes you don't wanna eat them =Þ. Alas, it's still food and food must be eaten. Muahaha. So, as you bite through the crunchy yam exterior, your teeth will then sink into the soft and sweet Lin Ko on the inside. Wonderful. Just wonderful =)
