Terrarium?

After reading about it here (http://allmalaysia.info/news/story.asp?file=/2005/10/15/pastimes/11957436&sec=mi_pastimes), I wonder if this is the hobby that I want. It's pretty interesting since I do like these cool-looking things. But then, it is kind of a passive hobby. Mmmm. Furthermore, the price for a landscaped terrarium is RM300-1000. Worth it?
